At the scheduled check-in time, Nico receives his access details by email. SMS and WhatsApp are also available as optional channels. He can also open the door directly from his smartphone through a secure link – without installing an app. For Nico, access is simple. For the hotel, everything remains under control.

At the main entrance, Nico enters his personal code. The door opens, and his check-in is registered automatically.

In the guest portal, Nico finds his room number, access code, personal messages and directions to his room. The hotel can also share useful information and offer additional services such as breakfast, parking or late check-out.

When Nico reaches his room, he uses the same code to open the door. Simple, fast and secure.

At check-out time, the access code is deactivated automatically. If Nico leaves early, he can check out directly through the guest portal with a single click.

The staff is notified immediately, and the room is marked as ready for cleaning. Housekeeping can start earlier, allowing the room to be prepared sooner for the next guest.

The gateway connects the lock and other devices to the cloud, allowing them to be managed from anywhere. Existing booking and PMS systems can be connected easily through the Solvotix API.
